Media Part 3:

Spring 2025

Course Duration: 10 weeks (March 20, 2025 – May 22, 2025). 125 hours of work

Format: Online – asynchronous and synchronous (Eastern Time). 2.5 hours synchronous per week, Thursday evenings (7-9:30 PM ET)

Class Size: Under 30 learners

Total Investment: $700 CAD (tax deductible in Canada)

Prerequisites for enrolment in AQ Media Part 3 

Must have Media Parts 1 & 2

Must be a K-12 teacher

Payment

$700 CAD. Payment online by credit card or e-transfer

Attendance

Attendance is mandatory. If you miss more than 10% of the course, you will have missed too much to be able to make up the material. If an emergency arises that affects your attendance of the program, please inform the instructor(s) as soon as possible.

Course Completion

The course operates on a “Pass/Fail” basis.

OCT members: Upon successful completion of attendance, discussion, and task requirements, a recommendation for a Certificate of Qualification will be sent to the Ontario College of Teachers.

Non-OCT members will receive an AML certificate upon successful completion of attendance, discussion, and task requirements.

Course Cancellation

All courses are subject to sufficient registration. AML reserves the right to cancel if minimum registration is not achieved. A full refund will be issued in the event of a cancellation.
